If your not happy with your purchase, please contact me so we can work something out.  Occasionally, jewelry items need to be resized, or repaired, so please let me know your requests Id be happy to address any concerns. 

I do offer an exchange on jewelry items, within 15 days of receipt.

Shipping to Canada and the US is based on my costs at the post office its all sent out by regular mail, and should take 5 business days, a little longer for items sent outside of Canada. I dont make anything off the shipping.
