Tutu's are made from high quality soft tulle, from 25-100 yards of tulle for each tutu. All tutu's are tied in the back with a bow.
Decoration
All Tutu's can be decorated with Rhinstones, Flowers, Ribbons, Bows between tulle or at the bottom of the tulle , or a specific theme or holiday request, for an extra charge. $3-$5
